A new school is coming to North Little Rock. Premier High School will give students a second chance at education. The school, located just across the street from North Little Rock High School, will open its doors in August to about 100 high school students. These students dropped out of traditional school, need more credits, or want to graduate early. PHS in North Little Rock will be the 38th one of its kind across Arkansas and Texas.
